With over 7700 collaborators and 77 different nationalities working in Portugal, BNP Paribas is the event’s official sponsor for the first time. The goal is to have a huge national presence, through diversity, and backed up by an employer branding positioning, Leo Burnett developed a campaign of Rock in Rio’s sponsorship that give the stage to the bank collaborators. Under the motto “Palco para mais” (“Stage for more”), the campaign uses real bank employees as protagonists. The goal is to show that BNP Paribas is an authentic stage for talent, dreams, and for the growth of everyone who works there. And that, besides being the concept of the campaign, is also the perfect link with the festival.
